Heat Resistance Ultrasonic Welding Transducer 2000W For ultrasonic Sewing Cutting 20khz/15khz
Ultrasound transducer is a device that converts electrical energy into mechanical energy (ultrasound). The most mature and reliable device is piezoelectric effect, which realizes the mutual conversion of electrical energy and acoustic energy. It is called piezoelectric transducer. It consists of a central piezoelectric ceramic element, front and rear metal covers, a prestressing screw, an electrode sheet and an insulating tube. This kind of sandwich transducer (bolted transducer) generates stable ultrasonic wave when the load changes, which is the most basic and main method to obtain power ultrasonic driving source.
